Job Description
Bounce Multimedia LLC is looking for a warehouse shop technician to join our team located in Humble, TX! As a team member at Bounce Multimedia, the shop technician will primarily handle shop day to day operations such as equipment maintenance, rental management, handle and make deliveries, and assist with asset management.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain, configure for orders, check-in, clean and generally maintain the company’s equipment resources.
• Perform general maintenance and repair of rental equipment such as audio visual equipment bringing equipment up to factory and company specification before returning to stock.
• Scan equipment barcodes and enter equipment quantity count when performing check-out or check-in tasks.
• May function as a Delivery Driver (must have appropriate license and clean driving record).
• Complete Company paperwork as required.
• Re-stock equipment correctly according to standards set forth by Bounce Multimedia LLC.
• Participate in the loading and unloading of equipment from delivery vehicles.
• May function as an installer technician on customer jobsites setting up, configuring, and maintaining customer’s equipment.
• Periodic travel to various jobsites including broadcast events to setup, maintain, and use company owned equipment.
• Provide training to employees as well as interns as assigned.
• Perform tasks that involve lifting and moving objects weighing up to 100 pounds.
• May use computer applications or other automated systems such as word e-mail and database software and proprietary software in performing work assignments;
• May perform other tasks, as needed.

Experience & Requirements:
• Working knowledge of video production
• Knowledge of digital media including codec, image types, resolutions, and frame rates
• Ability to maintain multiple ongoing projects at once
• Ability to apply notes given from management
• Maintain a positive attitude that promotes a healthy work environment
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• One or more years of work experience preferred but not mandatory in the discipline(s) to which the candidate will be assigned, such as: video, audio, lighting, and/or logistics.
• This position requires conscientious workers with a great work ethic.
